2003-08-08 - 10:29 p.m. so my stepdad, who's this sleazy guy from staten island, has this friend, right? he's a 30 year old balding guy who i get a very creepy feeling about. also, he HATES degrassi junior high and kind of reminds me of erin b's scary brother, in a much older, more burned-out, dead-dreams form. so my stepdad and mom informed me tonight in a very "ha ha oh isn't this funny" way that this man, who we'll call d, thinks i'm "hot" or something (i don't conform to beauty standards at all & am totally not pretty at all according to mainstream society). i said, "well, didn't you tell him i have a girlfriend?" my stepdad said, "well, he thinks he can MAKE you straight." fucking ew! they're acting like it's some big fucking joke and i am on edge right now cuz i've gotten rapist-type vibes from this guy, he knows where i live (on long island, anyway), and i don't take statements like "i'm going to make you straight" very lightly. please do not tell me i am overreacting. i am beginning to think it was a mistake to come here and i feel very unsafe and small right now. in other news, i drove a car and it was okay. sometimes i think i can do this adult thing.
